Damaged Product
Please call or email us immediately to report the issue.  We will be more than happy to replace the item free of charge; however the damaged item and packaging material will need to be made available for inspection by the shipping service.  The replacement item will be the same as the originally ordered item.

Incorrect Order
Please call or email us as soon as possible.  If we incorrectly filled your order, we will work with you to have the correct items shipped out as soon as possible.

Unsatisfied with your order?
Please call or email us as soon as possible, so that we may work with you to resolve the issue.  If we are unable to come to an acceptable resolution, you may send your order back to us.  Once we receive the order, we will refund your money minus the shipping fees.

Candle not burning properly?
Please call or email us as soon as you notice a problem with how the candle is burning.  We can discuss what you are seeing, possible causes and fixes to the problem.  If you still are not comfortable with the product, or we determine that there is a problem with that item, we will replace it with an item that is the same as the one originally ordered.

Orders returned due to incorrect shipping address:

• Items that are returned to us, either for lack of correct shipping address, or recipient refusal can be re-shipped at extra shipping fees.
• Packages that are forwarded back to us via UPS due to incorrect shipping addresses will incur a $10.00 address correction fee per address.
